Synthesize Lessons Learned
The proactive problem solving tools used in this step provide a structured methodology for:
- Exploring and defining a problem.
- Understanding and organizing root causes.
- Understanding how to accomplish objectives.
These tools help teams complete the analysis of their issues and begin to synthesize their findings into actionable items. Most of these methods are part of the Seven Management and Planning tools.
